Welcome to everybody who likes underwater and above-water photos to participate in the new nomination of the Photo Festival.
«Landscape» -photo image of above-water landscape (see/fresh water) where some human made objects could be located.
Pictorial photo images which are individual and unique all the time.
Its could be corrected and deform but no chance to think out or invent.
Harmonious image of humans and environment where is no place for abstraction.

Today it may safely be said, that there has come the sequent phase of development of cinematic art - an epoch of high technologies, so-called HD world.
The unequalled quality of realistic image amazing with clearness, brightness and naturality of color rendition. Now the underwater world is an area where the difference in quality of shooting can be demonstrated in the best way.
For the first time ever, the Film festival «Golden Dolphin» allocates HD field in a separate nomination «High Definition» - all films of this theme have been shot in HD format.
The rules of this nomination oblige participants to send only originals of the films shot in HD format. The Jury defines the winners. All the works sent to the HD Film festival will be allocated in a separate HD program.
