1. Get acquainted with conditions of participation in events of the Festival on this site, fill in a standard form and send it to organizers of the Festival as a preliminary application or get in touch with the organizers by telephone, fax or e-mail and ask them to send a program of the Festival, layout of the exposition of the Festival and application for participation (visit, accreditation).
The following text concerns only participants of the Festival:
2. Choose a list of events, form of participation, stand, advertising services, fill in the application for participation in events of the Festival and send to the Organizer by fax or e-mail.
3. Get familiar with the site of the Organizer or ask for "Exhibitor's Manual" by e-mail. Make necessary applications for additional services and pay for them within time specified in the "Exhibitor's Manual".
4. Sign the contract for participation in events of the Festival and execute necessary payments under it within time specified in the contract.

Central Bank of the Russian Federation on the day of payment.

The registration fee includes:
- the requisite number of invitations;
- your company's entry in the Official Exhibition Catalogue and on the Pavilion List;
- the requisite number of exhibitor badges;
- two copies of the Official Exhibition Catalogue;
- one invitation to the Gala Dinner
The cost of renting one sq m of stand space for the entire period of the exhibition includes:
- one standard shell scheme stand;
- stand assembly and dismantling;
- one standard furniture set (depending on the area of the stand);
- electrical connections, including installation and power consumption charges;
- general hall security;
- aisle cleaning;
- permit for free delivery and removal of exhibits.
The cost of renting one sq m of space for the entire period of the exhibition includes:
