The “Trophy Fishing” salon, which attracted attention
of visitors, has been launched for the first time at the Festival this
year. The tourist operator has presented new tourist projects across
Norway, Iceland, and Faroe Islands. After the presentation a joint
press-conference with the Embassy of Norway was held,
at which new tourist programs and program chains combining fishing
contests and TV filming of the program “Planeta Rybaka” across northern
countries were presented. A great lot of interested people got to know
everything about fishing and even tasted true Norway herring and salmon!

THE SECOND NATIONAL PRIZE “UNDERWATER WORLD”
The Awarding Ceremony of Russian National Prize in the field of
underwater world researches, which has become traditional, assembled
many famous people. Achievements of Russian scientists, underwater
researchers, sportsmen, doctors, and professional divers – all who live
in the underwater world, have been marked with the prize “Underwater World” this year. The prize awarding was assisted by the Federal Council of the Russian Federation and the Marine Board of the Russian Federation Government.

Round table of participants of the Expedition on “Mir” deep-water submersibles. Artur Chilingarov, Anatoly Sagalevich, Evgeny Chernyaev and Vladimir Gruzdev – the whole world knows their names today.
